The tag on this penguin said “Nicole Quality Value, Mt. Laurel, N.J.”, which makes it sound like someone has a fun cottage industry putting together crafty ornaments. But it also had a “Made in China” label on the back. It’s very nicely done and maybe the least I ever spent on a penguin ornament.
